Our Hiring Process

At Artio, we believe that transparency and openness are fundamental to building a trusting relationship with our candidates. Our hiring process is designed to be clear, fair, and straightforward, ensuring you know what to expect at each step.

  • We ask for some basic details, your CV and answers to three high level questions to ensure the role is the right next step for you and Artio.

  • This is a chat with the hiring manager to understand a little more about you, your background and why you're interested in the carbon markets.

  • You'll have a week to prepare answers to a tailored case study for the role and then talk through your responses.

  • This will be a casual chat with key members of the team you haven't yet.

    We can do this in person if possible!

  • We aim to close out the process within 2 - 3 weeks and offer you the role or where the fit has not been right clear feedback on why this was the case.
